Suppression of Urges

What is Suppression of urges?

The body relies on natural urges, known as vega, to expel waste and maintain health. Responding promptly to these signals is crucial for physical and mental well-being. Suppressing or obstructing vega can cause long-term harm, while facilitating it allows the body to detoxify naturally. Artificially inducing vega is unnecessary and can disrupt the body's balance. It's important to respect and support the body's natural detoxification processes. These urges, called "Adharaneeya vega" or natural impending reflexes, should not be controlled.
